The Govenment of Orissa have recently a new initiative, called "The Gopabandhu Gramin Yojana GGY",with a view to providing additional developmental assistance to the targeted 11 (Eleven)districts which are not covered under the Backward Regions Grant Fund(BGRF).The scheme shall be implemented from the year 2006-2007 and will continue to be implemented during the 11th plan period from 2007-2008 to 2010-2012.
